Emotions leave an imprint not only in our minds, but also in our bodies, and massage can help relieve that tension, whether we’re aware it’s there or not. Compassionate and therapeutic touch is an essential part of the healing process.RMT, TIMT

With a focus on trauma-informed massage therapy, Amanda provides a safe space for clients to release any stresses. She works from a trauma-informed & trauma-respectful perspective, meaning creating a safe and trusting container is at the core of the treatment.
