Inhale Exhale Massage Therapy is a small clinic focused on client needs and outcome based treatments. We are always expanding and growing. We offer a wide range of treatments and combine many to better help our clients.

All of our therapists are highly trained and active in the field of massage therapy. Each has their own style and skill set to offer.

Who We Are

Janine Gotzke

Owner/Registered Massage Therapist Janine Gotzke practises a ranges of healing therapist.
Owner, RMT, Doula

Janine graduated from the Massage Therapy program at  Mount Royal University in 2004. She practiced in a wide range of clinics before settling into the idea of creating her own clinic. Janine is a  member of the MTAA(Massage Therapy association of Alberta). Based on the knowledge that she has gained from her work experience she hopes to create a clinic that is client focused and a place for therapists to learn and grow.

Janine is very passionate and active in the massage therapy field. She has taught at Mount Royal CollegeMaKami College  and Seminars for Health . She loves encouraging budding therapists and helping to craft their art.  As a lifelong learner, Janine is currently studying Orthobinomy, Craniosacral and sound healing.

Angela Tierney

Originally from Scotland, Angela completed her massage therapy diploma at The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2016. Angela is an active member of the CMMOTO.  Since then, Angela has become certified  to offer TMJ treatments, pre/postnatal and Raindrop therapy.

Angela completed her Reiki Master/teacher certificate in 2012 after studying with teachers in both India and Canada. In 2013, Angela received her Advanced Yoga Training to instruct Yoga and Yoga Nidra (2015). She enjoys instructing small private classes at home as well as while travelling in India and Nepal.

Her main goal as a massage therapist is to support peoples inherent ability to heal themselves. “Massage is a perfect blend of physical soft tissue manipulation while holding space for the nervous system to relax and destress, allowing the body, mind and spirit to come into balance.”

 

 Cheryl Wyton
 Cheryl is a graduate of the 2,200 hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and an active member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta.
As a born and raised Calgarian, she is passionate about helping people feel their best and has always had an interest in health and wellness. Cheryl enjoys running to stay fit so that she can keep up with her active family: her husband, two children and their family dog. In her spare time she also enjoys reading, hiking and camping.
