Who We Are
Janine graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2004. She practiced in a wide range of clinics before settling into the idea of creating her own clinic. Janine is a member of the MTAA(Massage Therapy association of Alberta). Based on the knowledge that she has gained from her work experience she has created a clinic that is client focused and a learning environment for therapists.
Janine is very passionate and active in the massage therapy field. She has taught at Mount Royal College, MaKami College and Seminars for Health . She loves encouraging budding therapists and helping to craft their art. As a lifelong learner, Janine is currently studying Orthobionomy, Craniosacral and sound healing.
Cheryl understands how important massage therapy is to keep the body healthy and functioning well. She believes in the healing power of touch and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience so you can leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Jodi has been a licensed and practicing since graduating from Mount Royal University in 2015. Her work with mobile massage and in clinical settings has
provided her with valuable work experience for five years before joining the team at Inhale Exhale in 2020. She is an active member of the CMMOTA (Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association).
Jodi is passionate about providing effective and rejuvenating treatments, mixing remedial modalities with relaxation techniques. She is focused on continuing to study the most effective ways to treat muscular, joint, fascial and soft tissue restrictions to achieve client goals. She is trained in myofascial cupping, decompression release, and prenatal massage, and eager to get more certifications under her belt.
Amanda graduated from the massage therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2017. With a focus on therapeutic relaxation, Amanda provides a safe space for clients to release any stress and tension held in the body.
Amanda finds massage therapy a useful tool in helping reduce anxiety and emotional tension held in the body. She is certified in pre-natal massage, reiki, myofascial cupping, and Raindrop Therapy.
A born and raised Calgarian and world student Markus has been blessed with an open hearted community of good people and great teachers. Naturally wanting to give back in what little way he can he loves supporting people on their path to physical and emotional healing.
Holding a BSc. in Environmental Science he was ultimately guided to the Science of Life
and his love of Ayurveda, Yoga and Massage. Now practicing full time as a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher he has worked with conditions ranging from Parkinson’s, Scoliosis, Hemiplegia, Frozen Shoulder, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Whiplash, Nerve Lesions, Migraines, TMJ Dysfunction, Bursitis, Dislocations, Fractures, MS, Osteoporosis, Sciatica and more.
The importance of listening and giving treatments that are client specific is dear to him and values sessions and self-care where therapist and recipient find common ground for homeostasis of gross physical and subtle energy bodies.

Angela received her massage therapy diploma at The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2016. Angela is an active member of the CMMOTO. Since then, Angela has become certified to offer TMJ treatments pre/postnatal and Raindrop therapy.
Angela completed her Reiki Master/teacher certificate in 2012 after studying with teachers in both India and Canada. In 2013, Angela received her Advanced Yoga Training to instruct Yoga and Yoga Nidra (2015). She enjoys instructing small private classes at home as well as while travelling in India and Nepal.
Her main goal as a massage therapist is to support peoples inherent ability to heal themselves. “Massage is a perfect blend of physical soft tissue manipulation while holding space for the nervous system to relax and destress, allowing the body, mind and spirit to come into balance.”
