Geri Dale-Greiner BPE, RYT
Geri grew up in a medical household with a Doctor & Nurse for parents and a lot of body talk at the dinner table. She explored a degree in Physical Education while competing on the University track team before deciding to give Nursing a try. After two years of study & a job at a local Nursing home, Geri decided she preferred working in smaller group settings. She moved on to Massage Therapy before starting a family. She discovered the joys of cupping to support her massage 2 years into her practice & has developed it into a Dynamic approach to massage over the intervening years, teaching it at a local Continuing Ed Company for the past 6 years. She has practiced now for 25 years & picked up a number of other interests along the way. With a recent yoga teacher training to enhance her Self Care repertoire she also came up with the idea of Mindful Meditation Massage to really help the increasing number of clients with anxiety challenges, finding along the way that it also benefits the therapist performing it.
Angela received her massage therapy diploma at The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2016. Angela is an active member of the CMMOTO. Since then, Angela has become certified to offer TMJ treatments pre/postnatal and Raindrop therapy.
Angela completed her Reiki Master/teacher certificate in 2012 after studying with teachers in both India and Canada. In 2013, Angela received her Advanced Yoga Training to instruct Yoga and Yoga Nidra (2015). She enjoys instructing small private classes at home as well as while travelling in India and Nepal.
Her main goal as a massage therapist is to support peoples inherent ability to heal themselves. “Massage is a perfect blend of physical soft tissue manipulation while holding space for the nervous system to relax and destress, allowing the body, mind and spirit to come into balance.”
