Janine graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2004. She practiced in a wide range of clinics before settling into the idea of creating her own clinic. Janine is a member of the MTAA(Massage Therapy association of Alberta). Based on the knowledge that she has gained from her work experience she hopes to create a clinic that is client focused and a place for therapists to learn and grow.
Janine is very passionate and active in the massage therapy field. She has taught at Mount Royal College, MaKami College and Seminars for Health . She loves encouraging budding therapists and helping to craft their art. As a lifelong learner, Janine is currently studying to become a ‘Birthing From Within’ Doula as well as studying Orthobionomy.
Angela completed her massage therapy training at The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy here in Calgary in 2017. She has since worked here at Inhale Exhale as well as Massage Heights.
In 2012, Angela studied Reiki and completed her master level. In 2013, Angela studied yoga at Yoga Passage and received her Advanced Yoga Training. From there she traveled to India to study Yoga Nidra and teach at an Ashram as well as teaching meditation in Nepal.
Cheryl is a graduate of the 2,200 hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and an active member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta.
As a born and raised Calgarian, she is passionate about helping people feel their best and has always had an interest in health and wellness. She enjoys running to stay ﬁt so that she can keep up with her active family: her husband, two children and their family dog. In her spare time she also enjoys reading, hiking and camping.
Cheryl understands how important massage therapy is to keep the body healthy and functioning well. She believes in the healing power of touch and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience so you can leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Fascinated by the human body and born with a compassionate nature, Nicole discovered massage therapy in 2013 and has not looked back. Her treatments focus on releasing tension through a combination of deep tissue, active and passive soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, fascial assessment and treatment, joint mobilization, reflexology, Thai massage and Swedish massage.
