About Us

At Inhale Exhale Massage Therapy we believe connection is a powerful healing tool.

Connection is our mission. We understand the importance all types of positive connection play in our overall health and healing.

  • Physical connection such as massage therapy and acupuncture
  • Spiritual connection such as reiki
  • Emotional connection to one another through community
  • Connection to oneself through self-care

Our goal is to inspire these connections to evoke positive change and community restoration.

OUR FOUNDER

Janine Gotzke (she/her) Founder, RMT, Educator, Doula

Janine graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2004. She practiced in a wide range of clinics before settling into the idea of opening Inhale Exhale Massage Therapy Clinic which started in her home in 2009. The clinic moved on to open a new location in 2015 in the neighbourhood of Marda Loop.

Using the knowledge that she’s gained from her 20+ years of work experience she has created a clinic that is focused on inspiring connection between people to enhance individual healing and community restoration.

Janine remains passionate and active in the massage therapy field through teaching at various institutions including Mount Royal CollegeMaKami College  and Seminars for Health and is a member of the Massage Therapy association of Alberta

She loves mentoring budding Therapists and helping them along their journey to honing their craft and growing their specializations.

When away from the clinic, Janine enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog and a whole lot of fish.
